Palli Pachadi/Peanut(Ground Nut) chutney-1

Peanut chutney is  a perfect combination for idly,dosa,vada, upma..,,,Preparation of this chutney is so simple and tastes delicious.Ones roast the pea nuts and keep in air tight container for long time,whenever u want peanut chutney,u can make it with in mins.
Ingredients:
Peanuts-1 cup
green chilly or red chilly-3 or 4 nos
roasted chana dal/putnalu-1 tsp
tamarind extract-2 tsp(optional)
coconut powder-2 tsp(optional)
salt to taste
For seasoning :
cumin seeds,mustard seeds,coriander seeds-1tsp
curry leaves-1 spring
Method :
Roast the peanuts in a medium heat till nuts turned into golden color.cool down it and remove the skin.
heat the pan add 1 tsp oil then add chillies,saute for few mins.
In a blender add roasted peanuts,chilly,roasted chana dal,coconut powder then grind them into powder now add tamarind extract,salt,water little by little.then grind into fine paste.transfer into a bowl.heat oil in a pan add seasoning ingredients when it spluttering add it to chutney.serve with idly,dosa,pesarattu,vada.....
