Rice Flour Dosa

Rice flour dosa is simple and easy breakfast or evening snack.kids really love this dosa .In Telugu this Dosa is called as attu.to prepare dosa we have long process i.e, soaking, grinding, fermenting ,,oh....for this dosa no need it,it is a instant dosa, with in 10 mins we can prepare this dosa.It goes with any pickle or chutney.
Ingredients:
rice flour-1 cup
water -2 to 3 cups
salt to taste
oil -to spray
Method:
In a mix all the ingredients except oil prepare thin batter.there are no lumps in the batter,it should be watery, other wise you won't get crispy dosa.
heat the dosa pan add oil and wipe it.To make this dosa don't spread the batter pour the batter around the pan.in the dosa batter always flour will settle down and the water float on the top, when start pouring dosa mix well.take a glass or ladle full of batter pour slowly at a minimum height in a circular motion start from the edges.
when pouring dosa few wholes are formed, then fill the wholes with little batter.add 1 tsp of oil around dosa.
cover it with lid and cook for 2 min the flip other side cook for another 2 min.
then transfer into the plate eat with any pickle.it will be more taste with onion chutney.
Tips:
if this dosas sticky to the pan add 2 tsp of wheat flour.
you can also add red chilly powder and eat the dosas with ghee.
I am sending this recipe to Veggie Platter's JIHVA Break Fast event  and the Jihva event is Started by Indira.
