sabudana payasam

Ingredients:
Sabudana -1cup
Milk - 5 cups
Water -2cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp
ghee - 4 tsp
Dry fruits
Method:
first heat the ghee in a pan .fry the dry fruits and sabudana for few minutes.

then add milk and water.stir evenly and don't stick to the bottom.

cook about 20-30 min till sabudana become soft.

now add sugar and cardamom powder to it.

cook  few more minutes. the payasam will become thick and smooth, soft.
yummy payasam ready.serve hot or cold.
pesara garelu and sabudana payasam is the delicious combination.
