stuffed mirchi bajji/mirapakaya bajji

Green chillies -10 nos
besan flour-2 cups
rice flour-1/2 cup
Baking soda-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
vegetable oil for deep fry
for stuffing:
roast pea nuts 1/2 cup
roasted chana dal 1/4 cup
coconut powder 3 tsp
tamarind juice 1/4 cup
garam masala 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
     first wash the green chillis  and slit them lengthwise in middle.remove the seeds. grind all the stuffing ingredients into thick paste.then fill the green chillies with the stuff paste.put a prepare thick batter with besan flour,rice flour,baking soda and salt.
heat the oil in kadai.when oil heat dip the stuffed chillis one by one in batter drop into oil .
before drop them just slide opposite side of slit side to edge of the vessel.then one side the green chillis will not cover with chillis will also fry in oil and it will give more taste.
deep fry the bajjis on medium flame till they turned into golden color.take them into a tissue paper will observe excess oil.serve hot and also  serve with onions will more taste.
