pesara sunnundalu

pesara sunnundalu is the most popular in telngana especially it is made on chaddula bhatkkama festival .
moong dal -2 cups
sugar - 1 cup
milk -1/4 cup

cardamom powder -pinch (optional)

                          Roast the moong dal till they turned into brown color.then turn off the flame and sprinkle some water on hot moong dal. because some times the moong dal may over roast even turnoff the flame.keep aside to cool.
 in blender powder the grind the moong dal into fine powder.In a bowl add milk ,powder sugar and add pinch of cardamom powder and mix well. then sugar will dissolve in milk.

now slowly add moong dal powder and stir well to avoid lumps.

it become smooth thick paste.

 then make small balls (ladoos) with the paste.
