So eat avocado.be healthy.here I am giving recipe for milkshake or also called as avocado smoothie.It is quick and easy to make and very nutritious.
Ingredients:
Ripe avocado -1
cold low fat milk/whole milk -1 cup
honey or sugar-2 tsp
dry fruits(cashew nuts,almonds, pistachios,..)
vanilla extract-1/2 tsp(optional)
Method:
first cut the avocado into half.remove the seed and skin and cut into cubes.
In a blender put avocado,few milk .blend it into smooth paste.
now add remaining milk and vanilla essence.blend it until avocado become creamy and smoothie.
take it into glass.put in a refrigerator about 30min.
add dry fruits and honey before serving.don't add honey at the time of preparation.if u don
have the healthy and yummy avocado milk shake.
