Heart Shape Flower Vase
Materials :
Corrugated card board or any thick card
Decorated papers
Glue
Small Box
Scissor
Method :
I used Oatmeal box for Heart Shape and Empty Salt box for vase.Cut the card board into 2 pieces heart shape.
Paste the Decorated papers to card board and box.Make a hole to the Box.
Paste them to box on both side.
Decorate the Heart Shape Card boards as per your taste.place any flowers on the Box.

Salad With Fruits / Fruit Chaat
HAPPY HOLI TO ALL BLOGGERS.........
Ingredients :
Apple - 1 Peeled and cut into cubes
Orange -1 Remove the skin and cut each segment into half
Seedless Grape red or green - 1 cup cut into half
Pineapple -1/2 Peeled and diced
Musk melon /cantaloupe - 1/2 Peeled and cubed
Banana - 1 Sliced
(can add any fruits like Guava,pomegranate seeds, papaya,Pear,Kiwi,Peach,Ripe and Sweet Mango )
Dressing :
Mint Leaves - few Chopped
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Black Salt - 1 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Method :
In wide bowl add all the fruits and mix well.on the top add dressing ingredients mix well.chill it about 10 15 mins.serve cold.

Sweet Potato Rice
Sweet Potato has Vitamin A,beta carotene,Vitamin C and B6,fiber.sweet potato is good for stomach ulcers, heart diseases and control blood pressures,bad cholesterol . In telugu Sweet Potato is called as Chilakada dumpa..
Medium sized Sweet potato - 1
Medium sized onion-1
Any dal /lentils,Green peas -1/4 cup
Green chilly-3 to 4
Red chilly - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Curry leaves - 1spring
Coriander leaves- few
Vegetable oil -2 tsp
Ghee / Butter -2 tsp
Mustard ,cumin,coriander seeds-1 tsp
Water - 2 1/2 cups
Method :
wash and cut the sweet potato into cubes,chop the onion and green chilly.wash and drain the rice and lentil(dal)Heat oil in a non-stick pan add mustard,cumin,coriander seeds when they starts to splutter add red,green chilly,onion, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and turmeric powder fry for few mins.then add sweet potato,green peas stir well and fry for few mins.
Then add the rice to it.mix well stir for few mins.
add water to it.
cover the lid and cook till the rice and dal cooks well.when rice done add salt and stir well.
cover the lid cook for 5 mins.then turn off the flame. add butter/ghee onth top of the rice and garnish with coriander leaves.
serve hot with any pickle or gravy curry.

Jowar Roti / Sorghum Flat Bread / Jonna Rotte
Jowar is healthy food.jowar has less sugar.Jowar roti is best food for diabetic patients.and also this roti is good for maintain diet and celiac diseases or digestive problems...
Here is the recipe
Ingredients :
Jowar flour -1 cup
Water - 1 1/2 cup
Salt -to taste
Method :
In a bow add water and salt bring it to the boil.Now add jowar flour to it .
mix well with spoon till flour absorb the water and form into the dough.
cool down it to handle the dough.do not cool completely, then the dough become hard.take the dough and knead well.If the dough sticky just wet the hands.
divided the dough into equal ball.making of this roti quite different to other rotis.Here no need of rolling pin to make jowar roti.Wet a cloth,take one dough ball,on the wet cloth press the dough with palm to make round flat shape.
Heat the non-stick pan carefully lift the roti and place on heated pan.
On medium heat roast few mins.when it start bubbles turn the roti into other side.then it puffed up.
roast for few mins like chapathi.repeat the same process to remaing dough.
serve hot with onion chutney or any gravy curry or peanut chutney..

Carrot Halwa / gajar halwa (carrot pudding)
Carrot Halwa is my and my hubby's favorite sweet...........
Ingredients :
Grated Carrot -2 cups
Milk-1 to 1/2 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup(add more according to your taste)
Cashews-2tsp
Pistachios - 1 tsp
almonds-4 to 5
Ghee /Butter-3 tsp
Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
Method :
First hat the ghee in thick bottomed pan add cashews fry till turned into light golden color.
add grated carrot fry till it leaves raw smell.
fry approx 15 to 20 mins,then it leaves complete raw smell.if fry like this the halwa give more taste.
mean time heat the milk and bring it to boil.now add milk to the fried grated carrots.stir well add pistachios,shredded almonds and cardamom powder.
cook for few mins.now add sugar stir well cover the lid and cook till halwa thicken and carrot become soft.
serve hot or cold.

Home made Hair oil
There are many causes for hair loss in women.It may cause any major surgery, hormonal problems ,over stress,sickness,dandruff,weather, pollution,water,etc.. No Vitamins and Minerals never re-growth hair but only helps to stop hair fall,and also by taking sufficient food and using best herbal shampoos, conditioners & hair oils etc....
Now today I want share a hair oil,,which I used on my hair it stops some of hair fall and also cure dandruff,and thicken and strengthen the hair...,of course this not a perfect solution for hair fall but I feel some thing is better than nothing.
Of course any one can use this oil.
The Ingredients for this oil Coconut oil, sesame oil,henna powder/leaves,fenugreek,amla/Indian gos berry.
About ingredients :
Coconut oil :Coconut oil is the best natural oil for hair.It helps to growth shinny hair,massage with coconut oil will stops dandruff,lice,dry scalp.and also give stress relief.
Fenugreek seeds (Greek hay):One of the best and natural herbal seeds for hair.this helps to reduce balding,hair fall,hair thinning,and also the seeds paste is the best one for remove dandruff.
Henna :Henna powder or leaves are the best natural conditioner for hair and strength the root of hair.and also natural dye for hair,give brightness to the hair.
Amla(Indian Gos berry) :Amla is the one of the best natural treatment for hair.Amla paste or powder makes the hair silky and glossy hair.amla paste gives cooling effect to the scalp when u apply with henna.
Sesame oil :Sesame oil is the best oil and treatment for dry scalp and for darker hair.It is a best healing oil to prevent dry hair,split hair,and rough hair.and also it prevent the damaging hair,and also prevent hair damages from sun burns.
This is the small description about the ingredients.All the above ingredients contain lot of benefits for hair care.
Now come to method of making oil

Method :
Soak the fenugreek seeds about overnight or 5 to 6 hrs.then drain the water.Remove the seeds from amla.Ina mixie or blender add soaked fenugreek seeds,henna powder,chopped amla.Grind into fine paste by adding little water.
Then leave this paste about overnight or 6 to 7 hrs.so all the ingredients blend together.Then in a deep wok add coconut oil and sesame oil.
heat the oil at low flame.when oil heats add the paste.
then lot of bubbles come from the oil.
be careful,don't stir oil,other wise more more bubbles will come.after few mins bubbles will decrease and then the paste will settle down then stir carefully.
repeat the process till all the bubbles gone.that means the oil will observe all moisture from the paste.
This process take 30 to 40 mins.when the oil gives nice aroma then turn off the flame.cool down it.then with muslin cloth or handcarchif drain the oil into a bottle.
then the paste will settle on cloth.tie the cloth and squeeze as you can.then trash the paste.close the bottle.store it in a room temperature.
whenever applying the oil,just warm the oil,then massage the scalp and hair with the warm oil.this is the best exercise for hair and helps to improve blood circulation.
