Ingredients :
Chana dal-1 tsp
Moong dal-1 tsp
Toor dal-1 tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Red chiily-3
Coriander seeds-1 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Clove-4
Cardamom-4
Cinnamon stick-1./2 inch
Bay leaves-2
Curry leaves-1 spring
Salt - 2tsp
Method:
First heat the frying pan add all the ingredients except salt fry till all the ingredients turned into golden color cool down them.In a blender add salt and fried ingredients,grind into fine powder.that's it spicy curry powder is ready.store this powder in a airtight container.keep it in fridge it can store up to 1 yr.u can use this powder in fried curries or any gravy curries.
