Some times we can't eat the sour pomegranate seeds.at that try this Pomagranate pachadi and it is so simple to make,Eat this pachadi / chutney with chapathi , Dosa,Pancake,Hot rice.
Ingredients :
Pomegranate seeds-1 cup
Green chilly-3 or 4
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Tamarind pulp-2tsp
Salt to taste
coriander leaves few
For seasoning :
Vegetable oil-2 tsp
Coriander,mustard,cumin seeds - 1tsp
curry leaves-1 spring
garlic clove-2
Method :
In frying pan add 1 tsp of oil fry the green chilly.In a blender add all the ingredients and fried green chilly, grind into smooth paste.in the same pan add 2 tsp oil fry the seasoning ingredients till cloves turned into golden color.add the seasoning to the grinded paste and mix well.that's it pomegranate chutney is ready to eat.serve with hot rice or roti....
