Ingredients :
1/2 Riped Papaya
1 medium sized Orange
10 to 15 Grapes
1 cup low fat Milk / Yogurt / butter milk
1/2 lemon
2 tbsp sugar / honey
Method :
1.Remove papaya skin and chop.peel the orange and slice it.
2.In a blender add chopped papaya and orange slices,grapes and milk.blend into smooth.Add sugar again blend for few sec.If using honey add honey just before serving.
3.Transfer into a glass add ice cubes or refrigerate it for couple of min serve cold.

strawberry smoothie
strawberry yogurt smoothie is delicious and nutrition recipe.strawberries is the most popular berry fruit in the world.This is smoothie made up of strawberries,yogurt,milk.This smoothie contain high vitamin 'C'.It is good for health.can have it in any time of the day as break fast,snack etc..kids also like this smoothie.easy, take less time to make.
Ingredients:
medium size strawberries-8 to 10
yogurt-1/2 cup
milk-1/2 cup
sugar -3 tsp
vanilla essence-1 tsp
Process:
first wash the strawberries and remove the leaves and cut them into pieces.
in a blender add crushed strawberries and remaining ingredients.blend till smooth
take into glass,it will become creamy.chill it for few 30 mins or add ice to it .yummy smoothie ready to have.

dry fruits(cashew nuts,almonds, pistachios,..)

first cut the avocado into half.remove the seed and skin and cut into cubes.
In a blender put avocado,few milk .blend it into smooth paste.
now add remaining milk and vanilla essence.blend it until avocado become creamy and smoothie.
take it into glass.put in a refrigerator about 30min.
add dry fruits and honey before serving.don't add honey at the time of preparation.if u don
have the healthy and yummy avocado milk shake.
